These terms apply whenever you enquire about, book or order from Chef Nissi Catering, a trading name of JEHO NISSIFOODS LTD (Company No. 17334721), Registered in England and Wales.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry or quote request does not book or confirm anything. A quotation is not a confirmed booking. Your booking or order is only confirmed once we've agreed the details with you and received the required deposit or payment.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit amount, balance due date and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including whether any part of a deposit is refundable, will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Delivery

Where delivery is part of your order, it is charged according to the destination and size of the order, and the delivery time is agreed with you in advance. We do not have a public shop or collection address.

Allergens and dietary requirements

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. See our Allergen Information page for more detail. We will tell you honestly if we are unable to safely accommodate a stated allergy.

Food safety

We take food hygiene and safety seriously and prepare all food in line with UK food safety requirements.

Liability

We aim to provide the service described in our quotation with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
