When you send us an enquiry, quote request or booking, we collect what you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, event or order date, guest numbers, delivery or event location, the details of what you'd like, and any allergy or dietary information you share with us. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email directly, we hold whatever information is exchanged in that conversation.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss what you need.
• To prepare and send you a quotation.
• To plan, prepare and deliver a confirmed booking or order, including managing any allergy or dietary requirements you tell us about.
