Please tell us before you order

Tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you enquire, before ordering. We will talk through the ingredients and preparation with you and explain honestly whether we can safely accept the order.

Cross-contamination

Food is prepared in a kitchen that handles a wide range of ingredients, not a dedicated allergen-free facility. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from any allergen, even where a specific ingredient has been left out. If your allergy is severe, please discuss this with us directly so we can explain the risks before you decide.

We do not describe any cake, dish or product as allergen-free unless this can be fully guaranteed for that specific order.
